I have read and agree to the XTERMD Terms of Service (v1.0)

I agree to the Technician Marketplace Agreement — I understand that XTERMD sets all customer pricing, that my payout is 75% of the customer price, and that XTERMD retains 25% as the platform share. I will not negotiate, modify, or override customer pricing.

I have read and agree to the XTERMD Privacy Policy (v1.0)

I understand that I am an independent contractor, not an employee of XTERMD. I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, licensing, and compliance with all applicable laws.

I agree to the Non-Circumvention Policy — I will not solicit, contact, or accept off-platform payments from XTERMD customers I was connected with through the platform. All transactions must occur through XTERMD.

I agree to the Payment and Payout Terms — I understand that payouts are processed by XTERMD and that I must maintain a valid payout account to receive earnings.

I agree to comply with all XTERMD Safety Requirements and applicable pest-control safety regulations, including proper handling, application, and disposal of pesticides.

I agree to maintain all legally required licenses, certifications, and insurance for the services I perform through XTERMD and to promptly notify XTERMD of any changes to my credential status.
