How is the price set — can the technician change it?
No. Xtermd sets all prices centrally. Technicians cannot quote, negotiate, or modify pricing on-site. The price you see before booking is exactly what you pay.
Are the technicians actually licensed?
Yes. Every technician on the platform is verified to hold a valid Ohio pest control applicator license before they can accept any job. Unverified applicants cannot receive dispatch offers.
What if no technician accepts my job?
If no available technician accepts within the dispatch window, your booking is not charged and you can rebook for another time. The platform only processes payment once a technician is confirmed.
How does a technician get paid?
After a job is marked complete, the platform processes the customer charge and routes 75% directly to the technician. There is no invoicing, no manual request, and no waiting period beyond standard payment processing time.
