XTERMD requires background screening for all technicians. Screening is conducted through a verified third-party provider. Results are reviewed by XTERMD staff.

XTERMD Payout Structure

✅ You receive 75% of the customer price for each completed job
✅ XTERMD retains 25% as the platform share
